For those of you who have not participated before, Mix-Sups are an opportunity to share an evening of conversation and make new connections, as well as strengthen connections with folks you might know. The goal for these gatherings is to provide an opportunity for conversation that goes deeper than might happen at coffee hour!
We hope to return to the tradition of sharing food together, in one another’s homes.
New this year: small groups will share a evening together in February and again in March, and then “mix-up” again for two additional evenings of conversation in April and May. To best protect our community and make these events as accessible as possible, we anticipate a few Covid-19 safety requirements for everyone participating in these gatherings. If there is sufficient interest, we will offer an option for gathering at UCUCC in a well ventilated space. More details to follow in the January issue of Church and Home.
If you are interested in helping to shape these gatherings, please contact Carol Coleman or Mary Sue Galvin.
