UCUCC is sponsoring a weekend of justice workshops and exploration with the organization Race and Faith, to support the growth of our minds and spirits. This weekend’s focus is the rise of antisemitism. Registration includes participation in these events, and access to resources for asynchronous exploration. Scholarships are available! By using age-specific learning modules and guided questions, people of all ages are invited to explore their own experiences and reactions to the topics at hand. The “Something to Say” program resources and learning modules are available to explore asynchronously, and all are welcome to join with other participants in several events to connect and get deeper on the topic. This schedule includes:
Saturday January 14, 3:30 – 4:30 pm, Young family movie discussion
Sunday January 15, 4:30 – 5:30 pm, Teen/adult movie discussion
Monday January 16, 11:00 pm – 12:00 pm, Zoom learning module discussion
Monday January 16, 4:30 – 6:00 pm, Intergenerational panel discussion: guest panelists across race, religion and age discuss the topic of racism and antisemitism
